West Webster was dispatched for a two car MVA at Empire Blvd and Gravel Road. Rescue 128 was on scene within 2 minutes. The crew of Rescue 128 determined that people were trapped in both vehicles and requested additional resources. Members from West Webster Ambulance began to triage patients while personnel worked to free the patients from the vehicle. West Webster firefighters worked for about thirty minutes to extricate two patients from the two different vehicles. Three patients were transported to local hospitals by Irondequoit Ambulance, with one person in serious condition.

West Webster remained on scene for several hours until vehicles were removed from the scene. West Webster was assisted by Webster PD, New York State Police, and Irondequoit Ambulance.
