A very large group of firefighters responded Saturday night to my daughter.s house to help diagnose overheated cords underneath the deck, resulting from a temporary replacement of a AFCI breaker with a regular breaker. While I thought I was careful to look for issues after replacing the breaker, I did not notice the unsafe use of extension cords in an exterior setting done by the previous homeowner. Anyway, your team helped diagnose and rectify the problem, and we are grateful. I have made a donation using your website, as I said I would. Good work to all!

My girlfriend & I just want to send a very heartfelt thank you to the department for responding to our home tonight to assist us with helping our Rhodesian Ridgeback dog, Adara, who's paw had gotten lodged in an ornate HVAC register. I managed to cut most of it away, but your members helped me get the rest. I know dispatch doesn't always send rescue for pet related incidents. But they thankfully did tonight. She's resting comfortably & looks like she's going to make a good recovery. That's all because of your department. You guys were amazing.
