Auxiliary

Started in November of 1932, the West Webster Auxiliary assists the Fire Department during a fire or other long-term emergency event. A short list of some other things we do as a group include: collecting and donating toys to the children at Strong Hospital, assisting firefighters with Open House Kits & the Kids Table, providing service to firefighters for in-house events, having guest speakers come in with demonstrations, holiday and end of year parties, games, making cards for nursing homes, supporting Code F ceremonies, and supporting good friends when they need it. 

The Auxiliary is open to anyone who is at least 18 years of age and an immediate family member or a significant other of firefighters belonging to the West Webster Fire Association or a parent/guardian of individuals in Explorer Post #586 who have completed the probationary period.

The Auxiliary meets on the third Wednesday of each month, except July and August. All regular meetings are held at Station 1, with the exception of our spring banquet and Christmas dinner, which may be held elsewhere and on another date.
